These terms outline baseline rules for using Clariva and managing an organization account.

Account responsibility

Workspace owners are responsible for account access, team permissions, and activity originating from their organization. Users must protect credentials and follow applicable policy requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not use Clariva for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, or attempts to interfere with service reliability. Clariva may limit access when misuse or security risks are detected.

Service availability

Clariva works to maintain consistent uptime, but service interruptions can occur during maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or third-party failures. Planned maintenance may be announced in advance.

Changes to terms

Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of Clariva after an update takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
