Information we process
Clariva processes account information, organization settings, usage metrics, and content submitted for voice generation so the service can operate. We also collect basic technical telemetry for reliability and abuse prevention.
How information is used
Data is used to authenticate users, deliver requested features, monitor platform health, and enforce security controls. Usage metadata can also be used for billing and service analytics.
Security controls
Clariva applies transport security, access controls, and operational monitoring to protect account data. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

For account-level requests related to data access or deletion, contact support from your workspace so requests can be tied to organization ownership.
